No. Because NGX is non-custodial and operates through decentralized blockchain protocols, we cannot track your wallet activity beyond what is publicly visible on the blockchain (which is true for any wallet). More importantly, we cannot access, freeze, or move your funds under any circumstances. Your assets remain fully under your control.
You must use your 12- or 24-word seed (recovery) phrase to restore your wallet on a new device. NGX Crypto Wallet does not store this phrase. Losing this phrase means permanent loss of access to your funds, as there is no central 'reset password' button we can use. We highly recommend writing your recovery phrase down and storing it securely offline in multiple, safe locations.
A non-custodial wallet means that you (the user) are the sole custodian of your digital assets. NGX Crypto Wallet is simply a secure interface for you to manage your funds on the blockchain. We do not store, hold, or have any access to your private keys or seed (recovery) phrase. This gives you maximum control and security, but also places full responsibility for key management on you.
